Here we have a well presented 3 bedroom townhouse (sleeps 6) situated on the popular La Finca Golf resort near Algorfa on the Costa Blanca Spain.

The townhouse is situated in a beautiful secure and gated community with the communal pool literally right outside the front door.

The lounge area is well sized and consists of  a 3 seat and 2 seat leather sofa arrangement, Television, DVD player and Air Conditioning. Leading from the lounge is a small terrace with table and seating here also. This leads down to a pleasant garden which is fully enclosed. Here you will also find a BBQ, ideal for some outdoor cooking. For those you are taking a break but still need to check back on things at home a full internet connection is available for usage to the clients and UK TV. The benefit of the Air-Con in the lounge comes into its own during the summer months and can be a welcome respite from the 35ºC temperatures.

The accommodation consists of a double bed master bedroom which leads onto the large upper terrace where various seating can be found to relax on in the summer months, the master bedroom is with an en-suite (shower, toilet and wash basin). Also two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both with double beds in each room.

All bedrooms are also equipped with newly installed air conditioning units and also the benefit of the windows having mosquito nets installed - ideal is you don't fancy the air conditioning being on over the night and would like a window open.
A pleasant galley style kitchen with all appliances catered for. A dining table with seating for 6 is leading into the lounge. A main bathroom accommodated with bath, shower, toilet, and wash basin.

For those who wish to venture further afield, it is situated 10 minutes from the award winning blue flag beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, close to the popular towns of Los Montesinos, San Miguel, Algorfa, Almoradi and Quesada and a short drive from Torrevieja providing a host of local & international restaurants, bars & various local & cultural amenities plus local fresh produce markets. The Villa also benefits from being only a few minutes from the motorway where you will be able to travel even further afield to popular locations such as Alicante or south to Cartegena (once Spains largest fishing town).
